Richmond Hotel Matsumoto is a gem! The homemade pasta at the buffet was a culinary delight, and I was thrilled with the cozy, family-friendly vibe of the hotel. Plus, the mountains view and spacious room made my stay even better.

Now, the breakfast was a tad pricey for what it offered. I expected it to be included in my stay. However, the overall experience still shined bright.

Friendly and helpful staff enhanced the experience, especially when they assisted with changing rooms for better comfort. The location was excellent, a short distance to shops and attractions, and had a good view of the surrounding mountains. However, the switch placement by the bed was inconvenient, and the hallway could use a deep clean. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was acceptable but not exceptional.
